Responsibilities Apply window tint films to vehicle windows with accuracy, ensuring a seamless finish and optimal coverage. Prepare vehicles by cleaning and masking surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of tint films. Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, trim, and install tint materials according to manufacturer specifications. Inspect completed work for quality, ensuring there are no bubbles, creases, or imperfections. Assist with related vehicle cosmetic tasks such as auto body detailing or minor repairs when needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to explain procedures and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) is a plus. Proven experience in window tinting, auto glass installation, or related automotive aesthetic services. Mechanical knowledge of vehicles and familiarity with auto body repair processes. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks required for vehicle maintenance and glass installation. Experience with auto estimating or vehicle detailing is advantageous. Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent manual dexterity. Automotive repair or mechanic experience will be considered an asset.
