Auto Glass Installer PAY:
$80 per install / plus all tips Immediate Opening At Jiffy Auto Glass USA, we're on the lookout for an experienced Auto Glass Installer to join our team. Responsibilities:
As an Auto Glass Installer at Jiffy Auto Glass USA, your core responsibilities will include:
Glass Repair and Replacement:
Execute glass repair and replacement assignments with precision and adhere to the company's high-quality standards.
Documentation:
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all records are up to date.
Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with our scheduling staff to ensure efficient job coordination and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Experience:
A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in repairing and replacing automotive glass. Your expertise is vital in maintaining our commitment to quality. Have your own Van or Truck to perform the job. Vehicle has to have insurance too!
Driver's License:
A valid driver's license is a must.
Tools and Equipment:
You should have your own set of tools, a reliable vehicle, and mobile calibration equipment (preferred but not required).
LLC and Insurance:
You are required to have your own Limited Liability Company (LLC) and maintain insurance coverage, ensuring that you and our customers are protected.
Self-Motivated:
We value team members who are self-motivated and take initiative to excel in their work.
Dependability:
Being dependable is non-negotiable in this role. Our customers rely on us, and your consistency is key to their satisfaction.
Position Details:
Contract Type:
This is a 1099 position.
Compensation:
Your pay will be based on each successful installation, in addition to the tips you receive from satisfied customers.
Work Schedule:
The job is available from Monday to Saturday.
