In this role, you will specialize in installing, repairing, and replacing auto glass components with precision and care. Duties Remove and replace auto glass on a variety of vehicles using hand tools and power tools with accuracy and efficiency Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle windows, windshields, and related components to identify damage or defects Install ADAS sensors and calibrate systems to ensure proper functionality after glass replacement Apply window tinting films to enhance vehicle aesthetics and provide UV protection for customers Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, assembly, and detailing to support overall vehicle safety and appearance Use auto estimating software to assess repair needs accurately and communicate estimates clearly to customers or management Handle heavy lifting safely when transporting or installing large glass panels or vehicle parts Skills Proven dealership experience or background in automotive repair environments Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques Familiarity with auto body repair processes and vehicle maintenance procedures Knowledge of auto glass installation techniques along with experience working with glass-specific tools and adhesives Ability to work efficiently with auto estimating systems and understand insurance claim processes Experience with ADAS calibration, auto tinting, and vehicle assembly is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail for quality assurance during installations and repairs Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in automotive glass services!
