! Window Tinter Accurate Tint & Graphics has an opening for a window tinter to join our team. This position involves cleaning and preparing windows, cutting window film using our computer software for installing window tint with care. We are open to hiring an experienced tinter or training the right person who is motivated and eager to learn. The ideal candidate must be dependable, takes pride in quality workmanship, a team player, and understands the importance of providing a clean, professional finished product. Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles glass by cleaning windows and removing dust, debris, or old film as needed.
• Cut, shrink, and install window tint film accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work for imperfections to ensure high-quality results.
• Use tools, blades, and heat equipment safely and responsibly.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members regarding services, care instructions, and expectations.
• Follow shop policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable tint regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. . Other shop tasks as needed. Qualifications
• Experience in window tinting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right motivated apprentice.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work carefully with your hands.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment.
