You will support customers by addressing auto glass needs, explaining repair and replacement options, and coordinating same-day or scheduled service. Training and clear processes are provided to ensure success in the role. Key Responsibilities Engage customers in the service drive regarding auto glass concerns Identify glass repair or replacement needs through vehicle walk-arounds and customer conversations Explain windshield repair vs. replacement and basic safety considerations to customers Coordinate scheduling and service completion; provide status updates as needed Communicate professionally with customers and dealership staff Accurately document leads, appointments, and completed services Maintain a professional appearance and represent Auto Glass World on-site Qualifications Customer service, sales, or automotive experience preferred but not required Comfortable speaking with customers in a dealership environment Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Professional demeanor and positive attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required What We Offer Structured onboarding and hands-on training Clear role expectations and support Consistent full-time schedule Opportunity for advancement within
