That means you must be able to handle whatever comes through the door—without excuses, without hesitation, and without sacrificing quality. If your answer is ever "I'm not comfortable with that" or "I don't know how to do that," this is not the right fit. We need someone who can execute at a high level, every single day. What You Must Be Able to Handle Full vehicle tint jobs from start to finish Tesla vehicles with confidence and precision Windshields, back glasses, difficult doors, and complex installs Hand-cutting patterns when needed Computer-cut systems for efficiency and consistency High-end vehicles where perfection matters Problem-solving on the fly without needing supervision You are expected to lead by performance, not by title.

Minimum Requirements Do Not Apply Unless You Have:

5+ years of professional automotive tinting experience Proven high-level experience with Tesla tinting Strong hand-cutting ability Clean, consistent install quality High standards and attention to detail Professionalism, reliability, and accountability The mindset of someone who takes ownership of the final product We are looking for killers—not people who think they are.
