Install the Glass. Grow Your Career. Nations Auto Glass is seeking an experienced Auto Glass Store Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our retail locations. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for an experienced auto glass technician who enjoys managing people, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping grow a successful business. This is not a desk job. Our Store Managers actively perform auto glass installations while overseeing all aspects of store operations, sales, scheduling, customer service, and team performance. Responsibilities Leadership & Store Operations Manage the day-to-day operations of the store Lead, coach, and develop technicians and support staff Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels Monitor store performance, productivity, and profitability Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of materials and supplies Ensure compliance with all company safety and operational standards Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Sales & Customer Service Assist customers with estimates and service recommendations Schedule appointments and manage workflow to maximize efficiency Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, dealerships, body shops, and insurance partners Help drive revenue growth within the local market Technical Responsibilities Perform windshield replacements, chip repairs, and all automotive glass installations Diagnose and replace door glass, quarter glass, back glass, vent glass, and other vehicle glass components Perform window regulator replacements and repairs Perform sunroof and panoramic roof glass replacements when applicable Utilize proper installation techniques that meet or exceed AGRSS industry standards Perform ADAS recalibration procedures when required What We Offer Competitive compensation package Weekly pay No nights No regular weekend schedule Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits Paid vacation 1 week during the first year of employment (accrued) 2 weeks annually beginning in year two Ongoing training and professional development Supportive family-owned culture Career advancement opportunities with a rapidly expanding national company Qualifications Required Minimum 2 years of auto glass installation experience Strong knowledge of automotive glass installation procedures and safety standards Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check Preferred Experience managing an auto glass location Experience with window regulator replacement and diagnosis Experience with sunroof and panoramic roof repairs Experience performing ADAS recalibrations Experience developing commercial and insurance referral relationships About Nations Auto Glass Auto Glass Brands LLC, operating as Nations Auto Glass and Mike's Auto Glass, has been serving customers for more than 35 years.
