Tint World® - Ocala, FL is seeking experienced Automotive and Residential/Commercial Flat Glass Window Tinters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 10-plus years of experience and is detail-oriented, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality results for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Apply window tint film with precision and care, ensuring a clean, professional finish. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain shop standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Perform advanced installations, including auto glass components, and contribute to higher-volume production. Compensation (Based on Experience):

Experienced Tinters:

Competitive base pay with performance-based commission. Independent Contractors (1099): Competitive project-based rates.

Qualifications:

Experienced Tinters:

Proven background in Automotive and/or Residential/Commercial window tinting.

Contractors:

Established tinters with their own tools/supplies preferred.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and occasional heavy lifting. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
