You'll work hands-on with a variety of automotive films and coatings, ensuring each installation is flawless, durable, and visually stunning. Duties Professionally install window tinting films, ensuring precise application for optimal appearance and functionality. Apply paint protection film (PPF) to protect vehicle surfaces from scratches, chips, and environmental damage with meticulous attention to detail. Install vinyl wraps on various vehicle surfaces, customizing each project to meet client specifications with clean lines and seamless finishes. Prepare vehicles by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to ensure high-quality installations. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as airless paint sprayers and buffing machines to achieve perfect results. Conduct quality checks on all installations, making adjustments as needed for flawless presentation. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times. Communicate effectively with customers about their customization options and provide excellent service throughout the process. Experience Prior dealership experience or background in automotive customization is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with auto body repair, auto painting, or auto restoration projects is a strong plus. Mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools enhances your ability to perform installations efficiently. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and auto glass work will support your versatility in the role. Experience with welding or auto estimating can be advantageous but is not mandatory. Knowledge of detailing techniques, buffing, auto painting, airless paint spraying, and heavy lifting skills are beneficial for success in this position.
