NOW HIRING - AUTOMOTIVE WINDOW TINTER
Prodigal Customs is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Window Tinter to join our growing team in Winter Haven, Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience with automotive window tint installation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce clean, professional results. Experience with paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, detailing, ceramic coatings, and automotive customization is a plus. This position offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced custom automotive shop specializing in wraps, tint, detailing, ceramic coatings, and vehicle customization. Responsibilities Professionally install automotive window tint on various vehicle makes and models Prepare windows for installation by cleaning, masking, and ensuring proper surface preparation Cut, shrink, and install film with clean, bubble-free results Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with vehicle wrap preparation and installation when needed Perform quality control inspections before vehicle delivery Communicate professionally with management and customers Assist with detailing and vehicle finishing services when required Preferred Qualifications Previous automotive window tinting experience Dealership or automotive customization experience preferred Experience with ceramic coatings Experience with paint correction and detailing Experience with vinyl wraps or PPF is a plus Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to safely use hand tools and shop equipment Additional Requirements Must provide photos or videos of previous work Must be willing to complete a paid audition/test vehicle before hiring Having your own tinting, detailing, or ceramic coating equipment is a major plus Must be dependable and punctual Compensation Pay based on experience, production, and skill level.
