Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Window Tinter PPF specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality window tinting and paint protection film (PPF) to vehicles, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional results that meet customer expectations while maintaining safety and precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge automotive customization techniques in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Professionally apply window tinting films to vehicle windows, ensuring flawless coverage and optimal appearance Install paint protection film (PPF) on various vehicle surfaces, including hoods, bumpers, and full exteriors, providing durable protection against damage Prepare vehicles by cleaning and masking areas to ensure precise installation of films and tints Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes Conduct quality checks post-installation to verify proper adhesion, alignment, and finish standards Assist with vehicle detailing, glass installation, and minor auto body repairs as needed to support overall vehicle enhancement projects Follow safety protocols diligently when handling glass, adhesives, and cutting tools to prevent injuries or damage Skills Proven dealership experience or automotive service background with a focus on tinting or PPF application Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and auto glass components Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques for precise installations Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) considerations during film application for safety compliance Knowledge of auto body repair, auto glass installation, and vehicle maintenance procedures Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Experience with auto estimating software or repair documentation is a plus Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to quality assurance in every project This is an opportunity to rent a bay and still be your own boss.
