We take pride in precision work, clean installs, and delivering a premium experience to every customer. Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and motivated installer to join our team. This role involves installing window tint and/or paint protection film on a variety of vehicles with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, we're open to training the right candidate with the right work ethic. Responsibilities Install automotive window tint on all vehicle types Install paint protection film (PPF) (partial & full vehicle wraps) Prep vehicles (cleaning, decontamination, masking, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized workspace Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards Communicate with team members and management effectively Qualifications Experience with window tint and/or PPF installation preferred Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Valid driver's license required Willingness to learn and grow with the company Preferred (Not Required) Experience with ceramic coatings Experience using plotters (Graphtec or similar) Background in automotive detailing What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Bonus opportunities based on performance Growth opportunities within the company Hands-on training and skill development Positive, team-oriented work environment How to Apply Apply through Indeed or contact us directly with your experience and any photos of your work (if available).
