Job Description

Who We Are We are a full-service glass company serving the Commonwealth of Kentucky, providing auto glass repair and replacement services and ADAS recalibration services statewide, along with residential and business glass needs on a regional basis along the I-75 and I-64 corridors. We have twice as many locations across Kentucky as the next largest auto glass competitor, and we are committed to being the Glass Company of Choice for Kentuckians. The Role We're looking for an experienced auto glass technician, and preference will be given to technicians with ADAS recalibration aptitude. Our technicians repair and replace windshields and other vehicle glass and perform ADAS recalibrations while providing our customers an ultimate customer experience. We would prefer an experienced technician with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in the auto glass industry, and the ideal candidate will have over four (4) years' experience. We also require someone who is dependable, likes to work hard, enjoys being out of the office/shop quite frequently, and is committed to following all safety standards and technical specifications during the repair process. After successful completion of an orientation program, Auto Glass Technicians primarily work under very limited supervision while delivering excellent customer service and completing the highest quality repairs in the industry. What You'll Do As an Auto Glass Technician, you will be a vital team member responsible for replacing and repairing auto glass with precision. With additional skills in ADAS recalibrations, you will have the opportunity to work on advanced automotive technologies that are constantly evolving and expanding. What We're Looking For • 2-4 years demonstrable experience in auto glass repair and replacement • ADAS recalibration skills preferrable but not required. Where Will You Be Working This position offers flexible working locations. On any given day, you may be asked to cover territories in around our London, Corbin, and Somerset locations. The willingness and flexibility to work all three location is crucial. Of the three locations, Somerset would likely be the area with the largest percentage of time worked, but again, flexibility is the key.
