The preferred candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the auto glass industry, specifically focused on window tint, that demonstrate a strong work ethic and can excel in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality work ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
• Maintain accurate record keeping pursuant to company policies.
• Keep all work areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Adhere to company policies to promote a safe and positive work culture. Qualifications
• Minimum of three years' experience in auto glass tint (application, removal).
• Detail oriented, ensuring a high-quality tint finish without imperfections.
• Knowledgeable of all state regulations regarding VLT percentage.
• Ability to inform customers of tint options and after care instructions.
• Experience utilizing a film plotter for precision cuts.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record, preferred.
