Our auto glass division is expanding and we're adding an experienced technician to the team. We provide the service vehicle, the tools, the training on our ADAS calibration system, and a steady pipeline of work — you bring the craft. What you'll be doing Windshield replacements and repairs (in-shop and mobile) Side glass, back glass, quarter glass, and vent glass replacements ADAS calibrations (we'll train you on our system — it's user-friendly) Moldings, clips, and trim work to factory standards Customer interaction at mobile jobs — professional, clean, on time Vehicle and shop cleanliness Accurate documentation of jobs in our system What we're looking for 2+ years hands-on auto glass installation experience Comfortable with both passenger vehicles and light trucks Valid Louisiana driver's license with a clean driving record (we provide the vehicle) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied weather conditions on mobile jobs Professional appearance and communication — you'll be representing Star Glass at customer locations Self-directed once you know the job — minimal hand-holding on routine work Nice to have (not required) ADAS calibration experience (we'll train if you don't have it) Bilingual English/Spanish Experience with Safelite, Glass Doctor, or other production auto glass shops What we offer $20-25/hour based on experience Company service vehicle for mobile work Tools provided Full ADAS calibration training on our system Paid time off Steady year-round work — we don't have slow seasons Growth path as the division expands
