You will perform windshield replacements, chip repairs, side and rear glass installations, and ADAS recalibrations. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes pride in precision work and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform windshield replacements and chip repairs following OEM and industry standards Install side, rear, and specialty glass on cars, trucks, and SUVs Perform ADAS camera recalibration after windshield installations Inspect vehicles and document damage accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace and service vehicle Communicate professionally with customers on-site Requirements 2+ years of auto glass installation experience Familiarity with ADAS recalibration systems preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Ability to pass a background check and drug test Reliable transportation to the Glen Burnie, MD area Benefits Competitive hourly pay Supportive team environment Growth opportunity with a new and growing company
