Auto Glass Technician

What a day looks like:

Remove and replace auto glass on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring precise fitment and secure installation Conduct inspections of damaged glass and assess repair or replacement needs using specialized tools Utilize hand tools, power tools, and auto estimating software to accurately measure, cut, and install glass components Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as window tinting, detailing, and minor auto body repairs to support overall vehicle presentation Assist with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration to ensure safety features function correctly after glass replacement Handle heavy lifting safely when working with large or cumbersome glass panels and equipment Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Independent shop, dealership or body shop background working with auto glass installation is highly required Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools and power tools in automotive settings Familiarity with ADAS calibration, auto estimating, and vehicle maintenance techniques Knowledge of auto body repair, glass installation procedures, and assembly processes Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work efficiently in physically demanding situations Experience with automotive repair or mechanic work is a plus Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Join us if you're passionate about automotive care and eager to develop your skills in a vibrant environment!
