Position 1: Auto Glass Installer K&M Glass is seeking an experienced Auto Glass Installer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Install and replace automotive windshields and other vehicle glass Calibrate ADAS systems when required (training available if needed) Repair stone chips and minor glass damage Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
Previous auto glass installation experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail Ability to lift and maneuver glass safely Excellent customer service skills Reliable and self-motivated Position 2: Glass Shop Technician K&M Glass is seeking a Glass Shop Technician to work in our fabrication and repair shop.
Responsibilities:
Cut and fabricate glass to specifications Install glass into window sashes and storm window frames Repair and build window screens Measure, cut, and assemble screens and storm windows Fabricate table tops, mirrors, and specialty glass products Assist with shop organization and inventory Safely operate glass-cutting equipment and tools
Qualifications:
Experience in glass fabrication, glazing, or a related trade preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift and handle glass products safely Dependable with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
