Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Auto Glass Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring vehicle safety and aesthetics through expert glass installation and repair. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to deliver top-quality service. Your mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for automotive repair will help drivers feel confident on the road. We're looking for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities Remove and replace auto glass with precision, ensuring proper fit and seal integrity Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to install windshields, side windows, and rear glass Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional repair needs such as auto body damage or mechanical issues Apply window tinting films and calibrate Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) sensors when necessary Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks including minor repairs, assembly, and detailing to support overall vehicle presentation Follow safety procedures during heavy lifting and glass handling to prevent injury or damage Maintain accurate records of work performed using auto estimating software and document all installations Experience Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred Familiarity with ADAS calibration, auto glass installation, and auto body repair techniques Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and vehicle assembly processes Knowledge of vehicle maintenance routines and basic mechanic skills Experience with window tinting and auto estimating is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks efficiently Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail and quality workmanship
Pay:
$25.28 - $30.45 per hour
