Your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will ensure flawless installations that meet client expectations and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop specialized skills in automotive customization while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Measure and prepare vehicle windows for tinting, ensuring precise fitment and clean surfaces for optimal adhesion Apply window tint films using professional techniques, ensuring bubble-free, even coverage with sharp edges Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, trim, and install films on various vehicle types Inspect completed work for quality control, making adjustments as needed to meet company standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of waste materials and tools Assist with related vehicle maintenance tasks such as auto glass replacement, detailing, or minor repairs when required Follow safety protocols diligently during all installation processes to prevent damage or injury Skills Proven experience in auto glass installation, window tinting, or dealership service environments Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and auto body repair equipment with precision Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) and auto estimating is a plus for understanding vehicle electronics and repairs Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Experience with auto detailing, assembly work, or auto body repair enhances your versatility in the role Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to quality assurance Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a real difference!
