Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Perform vehicle pre inspections.
  • Be able to answer phones and give estimates/quotes for windshield replacements.
  • Utilize hand tools and equipment to install and fix windshields, door glasses, back glasses etc.
  • Perform heavy lifting as needed.
  • Do rock chip repairs.
  • Learn/perform recalibrations for windshields.
  • Ability to pickup/keep shop organizeded .
Skills:
  • Experience working in the automotive industry preferred, will train the right candidate.
  • Proficient in working on computers, working across and navigating multiple computer systems.
  • Strong knowledge of using hand tools etc.
  • Be able to climb, bend, lift and perform physical tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to work independently or with others.
