Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Window Tinter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in window tinting for residential and commercial applications, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. This role involves working closely with clients to meet their needs while upholding the high standards of Tint Revolution & Revolution Wraps. Key Responsibilities Perform professional window tinting services for homes and commercial properties with precision and efficiency. Consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend appropriate tinting solutions, and provide accurate estimates. Prepare surfaces, measure, cut, and apply window tint films to ensure a flawless finish. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations. Assist with other shop duties, such as vehicle wrapping or customer service, as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques to deliver cutting-edge results. Qualifications Minimum of 1-3 years of professional window tinting experience (residential and/or commercial). Proven ability to apply window tint films with precision, including complex surfaces and custom designs. Strong knowledge of various tinting materials, tools, and techniques. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience with vehicle wrapping or vinyl application is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and work in various positions. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise film application.
