Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Professional Tinters to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing, repairing, and maintaining various automotive glass and tinting solutions. Your expertise will ensure vehicles are not only visually appealing but also protected and enhanced with high-quality window tinting, auto glass, and related services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, utilize advanced tools, and develop your skills in automotive repair and customization. Duties Install, replace, and repair auto glass including windshields, side windows, and rear windows with precision and care. Apply window tinting films to vehicle windows, ensuring a flawless finish free of bubbles or imperfections. Conduct vehicle assessments to determine the best repair or upgrade solutions using auto estimating tools. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for assembly, glass installation, and detailing tasks. Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical adjustments or minor repairs as needed. Assist in auto body repair processes by preparing surfaces and fitting glass components accurately. Lift heavy vehicle parts safely during installation or repair procedures while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven dealership experience or background working in automotive service centers is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair or bodywork. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) calibration and integration is a plus. Experience with auto glass installation, window tinting, and auto detailing techniques. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and auto assembly equipment confidently. Knowledge of auto estimating software for accurate job costing and parts ordering. Physical capability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing detailed work in a fast-paced environment.
