The ideal candidate has strong hands-on skills, takes pride in producing flawless results, and delivers excellent customer service. Duties Professionally install window tinting on a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring precise application without bubbles or imperfections Fitting and installing automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear glass with attention to safety and quality standards Perform auto glass repair and replacement, utilizing proper techniques to restore vehicle integrity and safety Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and secure glass and tint materials during installation processes Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as cleaning surfaces, prepping windows, and inspecting for fitment issues before installation Assist with auto body repair tasks related to glass fitting or minor cosmetic adjustments as needed Follow all safety protocols related to power tool operation, heavy lifting, and handling automotive glass materials Skills Preferred but not
Required:
Proven dealership experience or background in automotive tinting and glass installation preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot vehicle systems during installations Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and auto body repair equipment with a focus on safety standards Experience in auto glass repair, fitting glass installation, and automotive repair processes Ability to lift heavy vehicle parts safely while maintaining proper technique during installations Attention to detail in window tinting applications and vehicle detailing for a flawless finish Understanding of auto estimating procedures for accurate job costing Excellent communication skills to explain services clearly to customers and team members Join us as a Tint Installation Specialist where your craftsmanship will elevate vehicle aesthetics while ensuring safety and durability.
