Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive or residential window tinting, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. As a Window Tinter, you will be responsible for applying window tinting films to vehicles, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Duties Apply window tinting films to various types of vehicles, ensuring precision and accuracy in every installation. Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage or issues before beginning the tinting process. Assemble and prepare materials needed for the tinting process, including cutting films to the appropriate size and shape. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding the tinting process. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques related to window tinting and automotive repair. Qualifications Proven experience in window tinting • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices and dealership environments is a plus. Knowledge of auto estimating processes is beneficial but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
