This energetic position involves working with a variety of automotive glass components, utilizing specialized tools, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will ensure every vehicle leaves our shop in top condition, ready to hit the road safely and confidently. Responsibilities Remove and replace auto glass with precision, ensuring proper fit and seal integrity. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform glass installations, repairs, and adjustments. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional repair needs such as auto body damage or mechanical issues. Apply tinting films to vehicle windows when required, ensuring a clean, professional finish. Assist with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration following glass replacement to maintain vehicle safety features. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and the use of power tools. Collaborate with team members on vehicle maintenance tasks and auto estimating processes for accurate job completion. Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience preferred, with a strong understanding of auto glass installation. Knowledge of ADAS calibration procedures and window tinting techniques is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Ability to lift heavy vehicle components safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Familiarity with auto body repair, auto estimating software, and general vehicle maintenance is a plus. Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license; automotive mechanic or technician experience is advantageous.
