EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

We are seeking a skilled Window Tint Installer who takes pride in precision work, clean installs, and consistency. This role is hands-on and requires strong attention to detail, patience, and the ability to produce high-quality results with minimal rework. You will be responsible for installing automotive window film on a variety of vehicles, ensuring each job meets high visual and durability standards before delivery to the customer. Responsibilities Install automotive window tint on cars, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles Properly clean and prep glass for installation Cut, shrink, and apply film with precision (hand-cut or plotter-cut depending on workflow) Remove contamination, bubbles, creases, and imperfections Protect vehicle interiors during installation Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Inspect every install before delivery to ensure quality standards are met Communicate issues, delays, or material concerns to management immediately Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship Qualifications Previous window tinting experience required Strong understanding of installation techniques (shrinking, edge work, prep) Ability to produce clean installs with minimal rework or callbacks Good time management and consistency under pressure Coachable mindset and willingness to follow shop systems Valid driver's license required Reliable attendance and strong work ethic What We Value We hire based on character, consistency, and pride in workmanship . Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
