About Us Minty Auto is a high-end automotive restyling shop specializing in paint protection film (PPF), window tint, vinyl wraps, and detailing. We're known for clean installs, attention to detail, and a fast-growing reputation in the Eugene market. We're building a team that takes pride in quality work and wants to grow with the company. ⸻ Position Overview We're looking for a skilled and reliable PPF Installer who can handle full and partial installs on a variety of vehicles. This role is ideal for someone who already has experience with PPF and wants to work in a professional, fast-paced environment with consistent workflow. ⸻ Responsibilities Install PPF on full vehicles, partial front ends, and custom applications Prep vehicles properly (wash, clay, alcohol wipe-down, etc.) Cut and fit film using pre-cut kits or bulk installs Ensure clean, bubble-free, and precise installations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Communicate with team members and management on job progress ⸻ Qualifications 1+ years of PPF installation experience preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with brands like XPEL, Stek, SunTek, or similar is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Positive attitude and strong work ethic ⸻ What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses Consistent workflow (no slow seasons) Opportunity to grow into lead installer or management roles Clean, professional shop environment Work with high-end vehicles and clients ⸻ Bonus Skills (Not Required) Window tinting experience Vinyl wrap installation Detailing experience ⸻ How to Apply Submit your resume and, if possible, photos/videos of your work. We are flexible with however much you want to work. We are currently open during the week and for 8 hours a day.
