We specialize in glass replacement and repair for cars, trucks, fleet vehicles, RVs, and heavy equipment. What You'll Do As a BRG Technician, you will deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality glass installation services while creating a positive customer experience on every job. Responsibilities Perform professional glass installations and service work Communicate with customers before, during, and after each job Complete work orders accurately using company software Take and upload before-and-after job photos Maintain accurate customer and job information Follow all installation procedures, safety standards, and company systems Keep company vehicles, tools, and inventory clean, organized, and stocked Identify additional service opportunities and potential new customers Maintain a clean and professional job site Support team operations and contribute ideas for improving efficiency Mentor apprentice technicians when assigned
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to lift, carry, and install automotive or commercial glass safely Ability to use smartphones and mobile applications for documentation and work orders Preferred Qualifications Auto glass installation experience Commercial truck, fleet, RV, or heavy equipment glass experience ADAS calibration experience Experience working in a mobile service environment
