Lead Auto Glass Technician

Xpress Auto Glass is looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about the auto glass industry, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work and customer service. Responsibilities Perform quality auto glass replacements and repairs Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on time Maintain professionalism with customers, dealerships, and team members Maintain organization, tools, and company standards Qualifications Previous experience in auto glass installation and repair required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of ADAS recalibrations and modern vehicle systems is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized with strong time-management abilities Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Passion for the auto glass industry and customer service excellence Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Growth and leadership opportunities Company vehicle/tools provided Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development What We're Looking For Someone who is dependable, motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about the auto glass industry. Pay:

$29.00 - $33.60 per hour
