Well established window tinting company with automotive shop in 2 states. (New automotive location building out in the Hixson, TN - Chattanooga area now.) The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive aesthetics and a strong background in automotive window tinting, with residential and commercial a bonus. (Will assist in training for the latter.) This role involves applying high-quality window films to vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction through precision and attention to detail. Facility is a fully built out, climate controlled facility with large/new/clean workspaces. Duties Apply window tinting films to various types of vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish. Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting and fitting window films. (Plotters are available.) Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. Conduct vehicle maintenance checks related to window tinting and glass installation. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products related to window tinting and automotive repair. Experience Proven experience in window tinting is preferred; familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems will be beneficial for this role. Ability to work with hand tools efficiently and safely. Role is for a Lead Tinter, but open as long as proficient and skilled. Compensation options can vary based on discussion. From percentage of install, to draw versus commission, etc. Performance pay is preferred and flexible to rates.
