We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, value customer service, and are committed to delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities Replace and repair auto glass following Atlas Auto Glass installation standards and procedures Perform or assist with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibrations Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment Travel to customer locations within a 15-60 mile service radius Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance Process customer payments using the Square platform Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Valid Texas driver's license required Safe driving record required Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working in various weather conditions Reliable smartphone required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus 1-2 years of auto glass install experience Schedule Typical workdays are: Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Training and development opportunities Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Why Atlas Auto Glass?
