El Paso, TX 79912 Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Appearance Tech to join our team in El Paso, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in windshield repair, wheel repair, and paintless dent repair (PDR). This role requires a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform windshield repairs including chip and crack fixes to restore glass integrity. Repair and refurbish wheels to remove curb rash, scratches, and other damage. Execute paintless dent repair (PDR) techniques to remove dents and dings without affecting the vehicle's paint. Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly cared for. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure high-quality service. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in windshield repair. Proficient in wheel repair techniques. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with paintless dent repair (PDR). Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills.
