Job Description
San Antonio Windshield Company is seeking two experienced, skilled, and dedicated Mobile Auto Glass Technicians to join our team.
We deliver top-quality auto glass replacements directly to our customers across San Antonio and the surrounding areas.
Were looking for a detail-oriented, customer-service focused individual with a passion for automotive work and helping people to join our growing team. You must have auto glass experience to be hired for this position. Only applicants with experience will be considered.

ResponsibilitesDeliver exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction for every customer.
Perform mobile windshield and auto glass replacements with precision, ensuring proper sealing and fit to prevent issues like wind noise or water leaks.
Conduct vehicle inspections to verify glass compatibility.
Manage tools, materials, and inventory in a company-provided vehicle.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Handle heavy lifting (e.g., glass windshields and back glass).Collaborate with our team to manage daily appointments efficiently (Monday-Friday, and some Saturdays).Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Use power tools and equipment effectively to complete tasks efficiently without damaging customer property.
Skills2+ years of auto glass installation/repair experience is a must (must be able to come in and work a dedicated mobile route of 4 - 8 replacements per day).Customer service experience, with strong communication skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using power tools and automotive tools safely.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (required for mobile service).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail (e.g., diagnosing post-installation issues like rattling, leaks, and various issues).Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).Knowledge of auto body repair or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Pay:
Base pay + Monthly Bonuses ($900 - $1800 per week depending on production and experience).Performance Bonuses:
Earn extra for hitting installation goals (e.g., $200/month for high-quality, complaint-free work).Customer Service Bonus per job (e.g., $5-15/job for high-quality customer survey and reviews).Schedule:
