We are Paradise Total Auto Care. We take pride in doing clean, honest, high-quality reconditioning work for our dealership partners and the local community. We are currently growing our dedicated mobile auto glass and ADAS calibration division, and we are looking for the right person to hit the road with our team. Ideally, we want an experienced Auto Glass Technician who knows their way around a cut-out tool and can handle a clean install. However, if you have a strong mechanical background and an unbeatable work ethic, we are open to bringing you on as a Helper/Trainee to learn the trade from the ground up. Whether you are a veteran installer looking for a shop without the corporate red tape, or a hungry helper ready to earn a real skill, we want to hear from you. What You'll Actually Do You'll be out in the field servicing our dealership accounts in the San Antonio and Boerne areas. Depending on your experience level, your day-to-day will involve:

The Installs:

Safely removing and setting windshields, back glass, and door glass on-site.

The Tech:

Working with our ADAS calibration equipment (we run diognostic tablets) to ensure safety systems are perfectly aligned after an install.

The Prep:

Taping off edges, removing cowls and wipers, applying primers, and staging glass and tools.

For Helpers:

Shadowing, asking questions, assisting with heavy lifting, and gradually taking on more technical repairs and software logging under supervision. Who We're Looking For We care about the quality of your work and your reliability.

Experience Level:

Prior auto glass installation experience is highly preferred. If you don't have glass experience, you must have a solid background in physical, hands-on labor and a quick ability to learn.

Valid Driver's License & Clean Record:

You'll be driving our company vans. This is non-negotiable.

Physically Capable:

You need to be able to comfortably lift 50+ lbs and handle working outside in the Texas weather.

Punctual & Reliable:

When you're late, the whole day's route gets backed up. We need someone who respects the schedule.

Professional Attitude:

You'll be representing the Paradise brand and interacting directly with our dealership accounts. Leave your ego at the door, be professional, and do things the right way, not the fast way.
