In this energetic role, you will be responsible for enhancing vehicle aesthetics and protection through expert window tinting and paint protection film (PPF) installation. You'll work with a variety of vehicles, applying your technical skills to deliver high-quality results that elevate customer satisfaction. Duties Precisely apply window tint films to vehicle windows, ensuring flawless coverage and adherence for optimal appearance and UV protection Install paint protection film (PPF) on vehicle surfaces, safeguarding against scratches, chips, and environmental damage Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes Prepare vehicles by cleaning and masking areas to ensure clean, professional finishes Conduct quality checks post-installation to verify proper fitment, appearance, and durability Assist with vehicle detailing and minor cosmetic repairs to maintain overall vehicle presentation Follow safety protocols during all procedures, including heavy lifting and handling glass or PPF materials Requirements Prior dealership or automotive service experience preferred, especially in auto glass, window tinting, or PPF installation Knowledge of automotive systems such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus Hands-on experience with auto body repair, glass installation, or vehicle assembly is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity using hand tools and power tools for precise work Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physical tasks required for installation processes Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in automotive customization Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques Join us if you're passionate about transforming vehicles with expert craftsmanship!
