We are actively hiring a Windshield Technician / Auto Glass Technician to join our body shop team. If you have experience with windshield replacement and auto glass repair, this is a GREAT opportunity to join a high-performing body shop. In this role, you'll handle the removal, installation, and repair of automotive glass while ensuring safety, precision, and quality workmanship. 1 Responsibilities Remove and install windshields and other automotive glass (side glass back glass etc.) Perform chip repairs and minor glass repairs when applicable Ensure proper sealing fitment and safety compliance on all installations Calibrate or assist with ADAS systems after windshield replacement (if applicable) Inspect vehicles for damage and verify work quality before completion Maintain tools equipment and a clean organized workspace Collaborate with body shop team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an Auto Glass Technician / Windshield Installer preferred Strong knowledge of auto glass installation techniques tools and safety standards Experience with ADAS recalibration is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to pass a background check
