Responsibilities Remove and replace auto glass with precision, ensuring proper fit and seal integrity for safety and durability Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized glass installation equipment to perform installations efficiently Conduct vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement procedures Apply advanced techniques such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration to ensure vehicle safety features function correctly after glass replacement Perform window tinting services when required, enhancing vehicle appearance and privacy Assist with auto body repair tasks and vehicle detailing to deliver comprehensive service solutions Lift heavy glass components safely, following proper ergonomic practices to prevent injury Requirements Proven dealership experience or background in automotive repair is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with auto glass installation, assembly, and auto body repair techniques Knowledge of ADAS systems calibration and auto estimating procedures is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment Experience with vehicle maintenance, auto estimating, or mechanic work will be advantageous Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Join us in delivering top-tier auto glass services that keep vehicles safe, stylish, and road-ready!
