Job Description
Overview We are looking for one skilled person who already knows how to tint windows. We will supply them with everything they need to be successful. You will be doing tint work part time and some detailing work as well. The tint work will increase to full time as we increase ad spend on aquiring tint and film work. You must possess a high standard of quality, be charasmatic and kind to customers, and strive to be the best in Olympia. Pay Pay starts at $22/hr and will increase as your efficiency gets better. The most efficient detailers will recieve pay raises based off their speed and quality of work. Duties Meet customers and listen to their needs. Perform jobs for the day at a high rate of speed and integrity. Perform cleaning of interior glass. Use film and plotters to tint glass and lights as needed. Add to a fun and non-toxic work environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Experience in cleaning and detailing vehicles. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Willing to learn anything and continue to learn after out of training. Willing to take action if needed without asking approval of others. We are looking for someone who can work independent without the need of constant oversight but is able to add to the team environment by being a team player and helping others if needed. You will be working part time to start and move to full time as soon as we can supply you with work. The more efficient you work, the quicker vehicles can get done and the more you will be paid.
