Our focus is high-quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering a luxury-level customer experience on every vehicle that enters the shop. We're looking for motivated installers who take pride in their work, move efficiently, and want to grow with a serious automotive brand. Responsibilities Install premium automotive window tint with precision and consistency Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on hoods, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, doors, and full vehicles Perform proper surface preparation, cleaning, and vehicle masking before installation Shrink and fit film accurately on various vehicle types and glass shapes Remove panels, trims, badges, and door components safely when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Conduct final quality inspections to ensure flawless delivery Assist with vinyl wrap installs and general vehicle protection services when needed Communicate professionally with team members and customers Qualifications Experience in automotive window tinting and/or PPF installation preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work with hand tools, heat guns, plotters, and installation equipment Understanding of automotive interiors, trim removal, and vehicle care Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow long term Experience with vinyl wraps, detailing, ceramic coating, or auto glass is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding automotive company Clean, professional shop environment Opportunity to work on high-end and luxury vehicles Hands-on training and skill development Supportive team culture focused on quality and efficiency If you're passionate about cars, take pride in your work, and want to build a career in the automotive customization industry, we'd love to hear from you.
