Responsibilities Remove and replace auto glass on a variety of vehicle makes and models with accuracy and efficiency Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized glass installation equipment to ensure proper fitment and sealing Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional repair needs such as window tinting or minor body repairs Assist with calibrating Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) that require precise glass installation for optimal sensor performance Perform vehicle detailing and cleaning post-installation to meet quality standards Handle heavy lifting safely when moving large or awkward glass panels or vehicle parts Maintain detailed records of services performed, including auto estimating documentation when necessary Requirements Prior dealership or auto repair shop experience is highly preferred, especially with auto glass or automotive repair work Knowledge of ADAS calibration procedures and experience with window tinting is a plus Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and auto body repair techniques Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work comfortably on vehicles of varying sizes Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and auto estimating processes is advantageous Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles if required Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive glass solutions!
