Take the shop to the customer. Town & Country Ford in Bessemer is growing our Mobile Service fleet, and we have a fully equipped service van waiting for the right technician. Instead of standing in the same bay all day, you will drive to customers at their homes and businesses and handle maintenance, recalls, diagnostics, and light repairs on site. You run your day. You are the face of our dealership out in the community. This is a great fit if you have a year or two of hands-on experience, or if you are a strong apprentice or trade school grad ready to grow. We train and we certify. Ford factory training is part of the job. What you will earn Pay is $22 to $34 an hour, about $46,000 to $71,000 a year, based on your experience and certifications. Our experienced and Ford-certified techs earn at the top of that range.

Handle oil changes, brakes, batteries, tire rotations, fluid services, recalls, and light repairs. Use handheld diagnostic tools to find and fix problems on site. Explain the work in plain terms and represent us well. Keep your van clean, stocked, and ready for the next stop. What we are looking for One to two years of automotive repair experience preferred. Strong apprentices and trade school grads are welcome. ASE or Ford certifications are a plus, and we will help you earn more. A valid driver license and a clean driving record, since you will be driving our van. Good with people and comfortable working on your own. Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
