Job Overview Join our team as a B-Level Automotive Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle care and repair services. In this role you will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep vehicles running smoothly and efficiently, supporting our commitment to quality automotive service. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components including Powertrain, Brakes, Suspension, Electrical Systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools to execute repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Complete vehicle inspections, alignments, wheel balancing, and wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Repair or replace mechanical parts such as belts, hoses, brakes, suspension components. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical and mechanical systems. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Cleanliness is a must. Requirements Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. MUST have own tools . Need to be self motivated and trustworthy. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics. Hands-on experience with GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred but not required. Familiarity with diesel engine repair, transmissions, powertrain components, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other automotive repair tools safely and effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills. Previous experience with auto estimating software or service management systems is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities.
