Overview Join our dynamic team as an Express Lube Technician and become a vital part of delivering quick, efficient, and high-quality vehicle maintenance services. In this energetic role, you'll focus on providing fast and reliable oil changes, tire services, and basic vehicle inspections to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your mechanical expertise and customer service skills will help ensure every vehicle leaves our shop in top condition, all while maintaining a lively and positive atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your automotive repair skills and be part of a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections with speed and precision Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and light mechanical repairs Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete service tasks efficiently Conduct tire services and other routine maintenance procedures Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality control protocols Communicate clearly with advisors about the vehicle's needs and service recommendations Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Skills A positive attitude and eagerness to learn Dependability and attention to detail Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment Valid driver's license & clean driving record High school diploma or GED Previous automotive experience is a plus — but not required!
