Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, ensure customers are satisfied, and much more. Build a positive rapport with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues. Inspect vehicles and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer service needs. Promote the sales of 'specials', services, parts, and accessories  Provide accurate cost and time estimates for the services recommended and obtain the customer's authorization. Check on vehicle progress of services and contact customers to receive approval regarding any changes  Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer warranty guidelines. Confirm service appointments before the customer is scheduled to arrive and conduct post-repair follow-up. Inspect vehicles prior to each customer delivery to ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly. Maintain positive customer relationships and drive revenue growth within our service center Maintain high CSI scores   
Qualifications:
Auto Service Advisor and/or Dealership experience is preferred Excellent customer service, computer, and communication skills A positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to interact in a professional manner Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance Valid driver's license and insurance
