Role Responsibilities Develop expertise in automotive repair across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles Collaborate with skilled technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Perform engine diagnostics, suspension adjustments, and HVAC repairs under expert guidance Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace in alignment with CarMax standards Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results that exceed customer expectations Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
