In-person, standard dealership hours Position Overview The Lube Technician will perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, lubrication, filter replacement, and multi-point vehicle inspections to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role requires a commitment to integrity, safety, and professionalism in a fast-paced automotive service environment. Primary Duties Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multi-point inspections accurately and efficiently. Assess and report additional vehicle maintenance needs to management. Ensure quality service and notify management of any substandard parts, processes, or procedures. Maintain clean vehicles during servicing and uphold a tidy, safe work environment compliant with OSHA and EPA standards. Provide excellent customer communication to achieve satisfaction through prompt and accurate service. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Support team members by sharing knowledge and best practices. Workplace Standards Uphold the highest ethical standards and professionalism at all times. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required. Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice preferred. Valid driver's license with a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) meeting company standards. State inspection license is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a shop environment exposed to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives. Capable of lifting at least 100 pounds regularly. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers for manual tasks. Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Required vision capabilities include close, distance, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment. Safe operation of equipment and vehicle movement within the work area.Competencies Leadership:
