Lube Technician

Job Purpose:

The Lube Tech at David Scott Lee is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and service on a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in maintaining the longevity and efficiency of vehicles by providing expert lubrication services and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. Inspect vehicles for potential issues and report findings to the service manager. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe at all times. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of lubricants and other necessary supplies. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive maintenance or a related field. Demonstrated experience in performing oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong understanding of automotive systems and components. Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
