Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay starting at $28.00+ per hour Opportunity to earn $80,000 - $100,000+ annually 80 hours of paid vacation 32 hours of Emergency PTO 13 paid holidays per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental insurance options Ongoing training and professional development Full-time, long-term career opportunity What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicle systems and components Perform advanced mechanical repairs, including engine, drivetrain, and steering system repairs Utilize diagnostic software and electronic testing equipment to identify issues Conduct quality inspections and verify completed repairs Document repair findings, test results, and vehicle performance information Work with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical concerns Support continuous improvement and workplace safety initiatives Assist with testing and evaluation of vehicle systems, including high-voltage battery systems Maintain productivity while meeting quality and safety standards What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of automotive repair, diagnostics, or assembly experience Strong understanding of vehicle systems and component interaction Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment and computer-based service information Mercedes-Benz diagnostic experience preferred, including STAR Diagnosis and Workshop Information System (WIS) Ability to read technical information and perform complex repairs independently Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Education & Certifications Technical school certificate in Automotive Technology, Diesel Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred High school diploma or GED required Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience will be considered Work Environment Full-time position Typical schedule of 40+ hours per week with overtime opportunities available Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical job duties throughout the shift Must be able to work rotating shifts as needed Join a team that values technical expertise, safety, quality workmanship, and continuous growth.
