We have two locations in Rogers and Fayetteville. As a leading collision repair company, we take pride in delivering top-notch service and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident glory. Job Summary:
As an Automotive Metal Technician at Superior Collision Center in Fayetteville, you will play a crucial role in the restoration and repair process of damaged vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to skillfully and efficiently work with various metals, ensuring a seamless and high-quality finish. From dent removal to frame straightening, your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our repair operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage and determine the appropriate metal repair techniques. Perform precision metalwork, including welding, cutting, and shaping, to restore damaged areas to factory specifications. Collaborate with other team members, such as painters and estimators, to ensure a cohesive and efficient repair process. Utilize industry-standard tools and equipment to achieve accurate and aesthetically pleasing results. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to enhance skills and maintain a high level of expertise.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Automotive Metal Technician or similar role. Proficiency in welding, cutting, and shaping various metals. Knowledge of collision repair processes and industry standards. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Certification in automotive collision repair is a plus.
